keep you informed about every new listing
as soon as it comes on the market

CMA (competitive market analysis) on any unit you
are interested in to see if the price is reasonable
- I can
help with questions about lenders,
inspections, title work and more. It's a lot tougher
to qualify for a loan now so you need to follow specific steps and
provide the correct documentation.
- The process of buying
can seem complicated or troublesome if you are not in the
business- I can streamline the process and save
you time and trouble

first floor, second floor, or a townhouse style (2 levels)?

time frame for making a move?
