• I can run a CMA (competitive market analysis) on any unit you are interested in to see if the price is reasonable
• I can help with questions about lenders, inspections, title work and more. 
• The process of buying can seem complicated or troublesome if you are not in the business- I can streamline the process and save you time and trouble

Buyer checklist:

• Am I pre-approved for a loan with a qualified lender?
• Do I want first floor, second floor, or a townhouse style (2 levels)?
• Which floor plan would be best for me?
• What other features would I prefer (vaulted ceiling, fireplace, laundry area, updated kitchen or bathroom?)
• What is my time frame for making a move?
• In addition to my down payment, what other charges will I have to pay?
