Sales are still good at the Forest!

Prices have come down and now buyers can find a 2 bedroom one bath condo as low as $120,000.  With the weak economy, the current prices are easier for buyers to afford.  Condos with significant updates and larger units still sell for more and there is always a good selection.  Interest rates are historically low but you will need a good credit rating and income verification.  Talk to a lender and get pre-approved.  You may be able to qualify for an FHA loan with reduced down payment.

Brentwood Forest was originally a large apartment complex called Audubon Park.   In 1982 and for several years after, the existing buildings were remodeled and updated into condominiums and some completely new buildings were constructed.

The condos are professionally managed by one of the largest and best equipped associations in the area.  You'll find the contact information for the condo association below.  For information regarding buying or selling a condo, please feel free to contact me directly.
