sell properties! In order to stand out from your
competition, you need to show off your condo with superior
photos. I use a Canon digital SLR with a special wide angle
lens- you can't get a decent interior photo without it! I edit
the photos with PhotoShop to optimize the image.
Show to
sell! Agents who want to show your condo can easily make
appointments 7 days a week through my office- no
waiting to hear back from me. And if a buyer calls in, we have
agents available to show your condo
immediately! Plus, I live and work in the
area and can easily meet with you or buyers!
Advertising- don't list your home
without it! No-name brokers won't advertise your property like
Coldwell Banker Gundaker and I can.
